ITINERARY

Day 1: Luang Prabang - Arrival (L)
Consider rising early this morning to view the daily ritual of saffron-clad monks and their procession down the streets of Luang Prabang collecting alms from the residents. Then start Vietnam Cambodia Laos in 2 weeks by a morning tour, takes in the highlights of Luang Prapang - the fabulous UNESCO Listed former royal capital. Sightseeing includes the ancient temples of Wat Visoun and Wat Aham and the beautifully ornate former Royal Palace.
Lunch at local restaurant.
In the afternoon we stop at ethnic minority villages before arriving at the beautiful Khouangsi waterfall. Visit Ock Pop Tok weaving centre

Day 2: Luang Prabang - Pak Ou Cave (B; L)
Wake up in your hotel, have the meal then we start the second day of Vietnam Cambodia Laos in 2 weeks with a tour to sightsee the oldest temple of impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham, Wat Mai, Wat Sene and the Wat Xiengthong with its unique roofs, presenting the typical structure of Luang Prabang temple.
Then we continue Vietnam Cambodia Laos in 2 weeks by taking a boat to view the peaceful rural surroundings of the MeKong River as well as make a stop to explore the mysterious beauty of Pak Ou Caves, home to thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues. At noon, we head to a local restaurant for lunch. After a short break, the first stop of the afternoon trip is Ban Xang Hai village, where you can try their traditional wine.
On the way back, we go across local villages at Ban Xieng Mene and Ban Chan before keep exploring the royal temple at Wat Long Khoun, which was used to the royal family patronage and near Sackarine Caves. The last place of your visit today is Ban Phanom, famed for its and weaving before returning to the city for the night. Dinner is on your own. Stay overnight in your hotel in Luang Prabang.

Day 3: Luang Prabang – Flight to Hanoi (B)
After breakfast, we head to the airport of Luang Prabang for the departure flight to Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. On arrival in Noi Bai airport, you will be greeted by our guide then transferred to your selected hotel in Hanoi. The rest of the day is at your leisure to discover Hanoi Old Quarter. Meals are on your own and overnight in the hotel in Hanoi.

Day 4: Hanoi – City tour (B; L)
Wake up in the morning, enjoy your breakfast then we start a new day in Hanoi with a visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside), a large memorial in Hanoi, which is the resting place of Viet Minh leader Ho Chi Minh, founder. The next destination of Vietnam Cambodia Laos in 2 weeks is the One Pillar Pagoda, the emperor Lý Thái Tông, first built in 1049 by erecting a pillar in the middle of a lotus pond after he had a dream vision of Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara. You keep exploring Ancient Hanoi with an exploration of the Temple of Literature, the first national university in Vietnam first founded by the time of King Lý Nhân Tông. Lunch is served in a local restaurant.
A short break at noon then you continue to visit the Museum of Ethnology where you have a chance to witness the documents of 54 officially recognized ethnic groups. We continue the tour with The Old Quarter. You will take 1.5 hours to wander around the narrow corner of Ancient Hanoi. It includes 36 old streets, each of which represents the type of merchandise sold in.
After enjoying the ancient atmosphere of streets as Hang Buom, Ta Hien, Dinh Le, Hang Be (famed for its typical food named Mam Tep Chung Thit) and witnessing the daily life of local here, we go on visiting Hoan Kiem Lake, meaning Lake of the Returned Sword. From here you can enjoy a very nice walk along the lake or back to the hotel. You should your camera and take a beautiful picture on The Huc red bridge to Ngoc Son Temple. Dinner is on your own and overnight in Hanoi.

Day 5: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B; L; D) (160 km – 3h30)
We start an early morning in Hanoi, then the Vietnam Cambodia Laos in 2 weeks itinerary offers the trip to Halong City for an amazing experience in Halong Bay - the World Heritage Site listed by Unesco located in Quang Ninh Province. Once there at around 12h30, you will board on a traditional junk for a memorable cruise through the mystical Halong Bay. While peacefully sailing across the Bay, you might enjoy fresh seafood lunch.
The first stop is the most magical and beautiful cave – Sung Sot Cave means Surprised Cave or Amazing Cave, which is one of the most spectacular grottoes of Ha Long Bay. We will then stop on Titop island, where you can go for a swim, do kayaking and climb to the top of the island to admire a stunning panoramic view of the bay.
After enjoying a fresh seafood dinner on the bay, you can relax and spend the evening watching films or go for squid fishing. Stay overnight on the boat.

Day 6: Halong Bay - Hanoi - Da Nang by plane (B; L)
We join a Tai Chi demonstration on the sundeck if booked in advance. Then have breakfast before we begin a busy and interesting day  of Vietnam Cambodia Laos in 2 weeks with a visit to Luon Cave by small boat. The boat later passes Man Head Island and Tortoise Island. While the boat heads back the pier, it is time for you to check out the cabin and pay all your bills before leaving for the next destination.
On arriving at the pier, you will check out, leave the junk and transfer to Cua Vang for lunch or you can have the meal on the boat (optional).
Then our driver will transfer you back to Noi Bai Airport for the flight to Danang. We continue to head to Hoi An, a crucial trading port during the 17th and 18th centuries. You are guided to go to your selected hotel in Hoi An. Dinner is on your own and overnight in Hoi An.

Day 7: Hoi An - discovery (B)
Breakfast, then we take a walk around Hoi An ancient town and explore its treasures with such typical structures as Quan Cong Temple, the brave and loyal Chinese General; Phuc Kien Pagoda, the most well- known assembly hall in the ancient town; the Japanese Bridge, Hoi An’s signature landmark used widely as an emblem of the town; Tan Ky ancient house, the most popular of Hoi An’s old houses and Hoi An port, the World Heritage listed by Unesco as well. Having lunch in a local restaurant, then you can spend the rest of the afternoon in Hoi An relaxing and enjoying the ancient atmosphere here.
Dinner is on your own and enjoy your time in Hoi An during your Vietnam Cambodia Laos in 2 weeks trip. .

Day 8 : Hoi An - Danang - Hue (B; L) (100km – 2 h30)
Breakfast at the hotel then we head to Hue by a coach through Pass of Ocean Clouds to Hue, the formal ancient of Vietnam during the Nguyen Dynasty of emperors (1802 - 1945). Lunch is served in a local restaurant.
After a short break, we start visiting the Imperial Citadel, City of the Nguyen Dynasty (1804-1945), as well as such famous spots as The Flag Tower, South Door, Edict Pavilion, Supreme Harmony Palace, and the Forbidden Purple City.
Dinner is on your own and overnight in Hue.

Day 9: Hue - Thien Mu pagodaThuy Bieu village – Emperor Minh Mang’s Tomb (B; L)
After breakfast, Vietnam Cambodia Laos in 2 weeks offers you the opportunity to get on a boat to visit several places along the river such as the Thien Mu pagoda, built in 1601 on the order of the first Nguyen lords. We continue a trip with a quiet Thuy Bieu village – 6.5 km from the city center – a laidback village famous for growing the Thanh Tra fruit (a kind of small pomelo). From here, you take a visit to many garden houses, a unique feature of Hue countryside, and enjoy a nice walking and biking around the peaceful village.
The next destination of Vietnam Cambodia Laos in 2 weeks is an old communal house, the boat will pass through several ancient ancestral temples and communicate with local people. Then the guide will lead you to an incense making family and discover the daily life of local people while they are working strenuously with joy and enthusiasm. You may also join their activities such as gardening, talking and drinking tea with them.
Then we stop at Thuy Bieu restaurant. It is the time to relax by steeping your foot in medicinal herb water – a traditional therapeutic practice and enjoy an excellent massage by blind people here. After having lunch at Thuy Bieu restaurant, we start the trip in the afternoon with a discovery of Emperor Minh Mang’s tomb, ponds and gardens are known for its perfect harmony between architecture and its natural environment. Dinner on your own and overnight in Hue.

Day 10: Hue - Ho Chi Minh city (Saigon) (B; L) (1150 km – 1h30: by plane)
Breakfast at your hotel then you will be transferred to Hue Airport for the departure flight to Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival in Saigon, after checking in the hotel, we continue Vietnam Cambodia Laos in 2 weeks with visits to Cho Lon; Binh Tay Market and a lacquer ware factory for a while. Lunch is served in a local restaurant.
After a short break at noon, we keep Vietnam Cambodia Laos in 2 weeks by exploring Hue with an exploration of the Old Colonial Residential Quarter and discovery of the old Hotel de Ville, the Opera House, Notre-Dame Cathedral built in the 19th century, the dazzling French-style Post Office and the Reunification Palace (outside).
The rest of the day is at your leisure to stroll around your hotel and enjoy the atmosphere of Saigon. Dinner is on your own and overnight in Saigon.

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh city - Flight to Siem Reap (B)
Wake up in Ho Chi Minh City, enjoy your breakfast at your hotel then our driver will transfer to the airport for a short flight to Siem Reap, famed for its typical Angkor temples. On arrival in Siem Reap, after check-in at your selected hotel, you have free time to discover this beautiful city. Meals are on your own and overnight at your hotel in Siem Reap.

Day 12: Siem Reap - Angkor Thom - Angkor Wat (B)
We will be beginning at the South Gate entrance. During your Vietnam Cambodia Laos in 2 weeks, you have a chance to explore the main temple of Bayon (4-Faced Temple) to admire the last great temple built at the Angkor complex. We keep exploring Great City with visits to such famous spots as Bayon Temple, Phimeanakas Temple within the Royal Palace enclosure, Baphuon Temple, The Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper King.
After the lunch, we go on Vietnam Cambodia Laos in 2 weeks by discovering the most magnificent and largest of all Angkor temples, symbolizing for the spirit of the Angkorian. Returning to Siem Reap for a buffet night meal, you can spend your night seeing a traditional Apsara dance and evoking classical myths.

Day 13: Siem Reap - Rolous Group - Banteay Srei - Siem Reap (B, L)
Wake up early in the morning then we spend the thirteen day of your Vietnam Cambodia Laos in 2 weeks tour exploring temples of the Roluos, which are built from the early Angkor period (802-1431), starting with a visit to Preah Ko, the first temple built in the ancient time. Then we go on visiting Preah Ko (Sacred Bull), which was named after the 3 sandstone statues facing the temples, central towers, representing Nandi, the white bull that served as the mount of Shiva. The last visit of the temple tour is Lolei, famed for its beautiful carved lintels and false doors.
You later come back to the local family of the lunch. After the meal, we spend the rest of the day exploring temples of the Banteay Srey, famed for its finest carvings of all the Angkor temples. On the way back to Siem Reap, if time permits, we make a stop at Banteay Samre Temple, famed for its impressive reliefs depicting scenes of Vishnu as well as Krishna legends. You have your self-service dinner and stay overnight in a hotel in Siem Reap.

Day 14: Siem Reap – departure (B)
Breakfast at the hotel then we head to the southern party of Siem Reap for a short cruise on Tonle Sap lake. While sailing along Tonle Sap Lake, we make a stop at a local floating village have a chance to talk with the locals here to get more knowledge about to their routine life as well as witness how they make a living on Tonle Sap Lake.
You later come back to your hotel for relaxing until our driver comes to pick you up and transfers to the airport for your departure flight going home.
