ITINERARY

Day 1: Upon Arrival in Bangkok (no meals)
On arrival at the airport in Bangkok, you will be welcomed by our driver then transferred to your selected hotel in Bangkok for check-in. Then the rest of the first day of Laos Thailand tours is at your leisure to discover the busy Bangkok city. Meals are on your own and overnight in your hotel in Bangkok.

Day 2: City Temple Tour – Royal Grand Palace & Emerald Buddha (B/L)
Wake up early in the morning, have breakfast then we kick off the second day of  Laos Thailand tours with visits to two of the most unique Buddhist temples in Bangkok namely The Buddha in Wat Traimit and the famous Reclining Buddha at Wat Po. We later have a visit to The Royal Grand Palace. Known as the most beautiful examples of the ancient Thai court, The Royal Grand Palace is a must-see place while in Bangkok. The last destination of your morning tour is the Temple of the sacred Emerald Buddha.
After enjoying your meal in the restaurant, we keep  Laos Thailand tours by exploring the city with a cruise trip to the Chao Phraya River’s edge by a traditional style "Long Tail Boat" where you have a chance to discover the old canals of the Thonburi side of Bangkok as well as observe the old lifestyle of the locals here. On the way, you can stop to buy the snack, purchase knick-knacks, or even use a toilet. The next destination of your visit today is the Temple of Dawn (Wat Arun), famed for its silhouette. The local story goes that the shards of pottery decorating its 79 m tall spire came from a nearby shipwreck 100 years ago.
We then come back to the hotel for the night. Dinner is on your own and overnight in Bangkok.

Day 3: Half Day Tour Damnoen Saduak Floating Market - Chiang Mai (B)
At early morning, breakfast then the  Laos Thailand tours offer our guests the chance to go to one of the most interesting floating market of Thailand called Damnoen Saduak Floating Market where you have a chance to witness the daily life of the locals by small boats along the canals. In addition, not only exploring the coconut farm and trying some coconut juice, but you also can see such fresh seasonal fruits as rambutan, mangoes, papaya and etc.
We later return to the hotel and the remainder of the day is at your leisure to go shopping or strolling around the city. Meals are on your own. After the dinner, our driver will transfer you to the station for the night train to Chiang Mai. Stay overnight on the train (Soft sleeper + A/C)

Day 4: Chiang Mai - Doi Suthep – Khantoke Dinner. (B/D)
On arrival in Chiang Mai in the early morning, you will be welcomed by our tour guide and head to your selected hotel for check-in. On  Laos Thailand tours, we start discovering the beautiful Chiang Mai with a visit to Doi Suthep Temple, considered among the most sacred temples in Chiangmai. We later climb up to the hilltop in Northern, which contains the holy relic of Lord Buddha where you can sightsee the amazing view of Chiang Mai and enjoy the fresh air here.
We return the hotel for relaxing. After having self-service dinner, you take a great chance to enjoy the famous dinner "Khantoke Dinner" including hill tribe dancing. Stay overnight in the hotel in Chiang Mai.

Day 5: Chiang Mai - Golden Triangle - Chiang Mai. (B/L)
Wake up in Chiang Mai, enjoy your breakfast then we start the fifth day of  Laos Thailand tours with a visit to Mae Sai Border, among the biggest border market between Thailand and Myanmar where you take the opportunity to watch several typical products such local foods, traditional clothes, jewelry, silverware, stones and etc. You later come to a local restaurant for the lunch.
In the afternoon, we keep visiting the Golden Triangle which borders three countries ((Laos, Myanmar & Thai) as well as is linked to China by the boat. Once it was used as the main route to deliver the opium to Siam Country by the Chinese. The next stop is the Opium House where you have a chance to find out the Opium routing, the history, galleries, accessories, etc.
We return to the hotel in Chiang Mai for the night. After your self-service dinner, the rest of the night is at your leisure. Stay overnight in Chiang Mai.

Day 6: Elephant Safari at Mae Taeng - Ox-Cart Riding - Bamboo Rafting - Bangkok (B/L)
After breakfast, we go to the Elephants Camp where you have a chance to watch the elephants working in a jungle area as well as see how the elephants are trained to work with the humans and perform the show. A must-do activity when coming here is riding on the elephant along the trails, which make you excited. We later have lunch at the elephant camp.
After a short break at noon, we keep  Laos Thailand tours with the exploration of Thailand with a cruise trip on Mae Taeng River by on local handicraft bamboo rafting. Then we come back to Chiang Mai. En route back, we make a stop at Orchid Nursery for a while. Transfer to your hotel.
Dinner is on your own. In the late evening, you head to the station for the night train to Bangkok. Stay overnight on the train (Soft sleeper + A/C)

Day 7: Bangkok - Luang Prabang (B)
Arrival Bangkok in the early morning, our driver will welcome you at the train station then move to the hotel for breakfast. You can spend your free time relaxing until transferred to the airport for the flight to Luang Prabang.
Upon arriving in Luang Prabang, our guide will wait for you and drive to your hotel for check-in. Known as the former heart of the ancient kingdom of Laos, Luang Prabang nowadays is listed a World Heritage site with lots of ornate temples, French colonial architecture. On arrival, you will be welcomed by our guide and transferred to your hotel. Meals are on your own. Enjoy your night of  Laos Thailand tours in Luang Prabang. 

Day 8: Luang Prabang City Tour (B/L)
Breakfast at your hotel then we keep  Laos Thailand tours by a Luang Prabang city tour with visits to such attractive spots as the National Museum, the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun, the shrine of Wat Mai and Wat Xieng Thong. You later have a chance to go uphill to the peak of Phousi Mountain for discovering the sacred, gilded stupa, as well as admire the amazing sunset view of the city and the Mekong River. From here, you keep exploring Night Market, where you can watch some handicraft products and handmade textiles sold by the locals and ethnic minority people from the surrounding area.
Coming back to your hotel, you have self-service dinner. Stay overnight in Luangprabang

Day 9: Luang Prabang – Pak Ou Cave (B/L)
During  Laos Thailand tours, continue your second day in Luang Prabang with a tour to sightsee the oldest temple of impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham, Wat Mai, Wat Sene and the Wat Xiengthong with its unique roofs, presenting the typical structure of Luang Prabang temple. Then we continue to take a boat to view the peaceful rural surroundings of the MeKong River as well as make a stop to explore the mysterious beauty of Pak Ou Caves, home to thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues. At noon, we head to a local restaurant for lunch. After a short break, the first stop of the afternoon trip is Ban Xang Hai village, where you can try their traditional wine. On the way back, we go across local villages at Ban Xieng Mene and Ban Chan before keep exploring the royal temple at Wat Long Khoun, which was used to the royal family patronage and near Sackarine Caves. The last place of your visit today is Ban Phanom, famed for its and weaving before returning to the city for the night. Dinner is on your own. Stay overnight in your hotel in Luang Prabang.

Day 10: Luang Prabang - Kuang Si Waterfall (B/L) 30 km - 40' by car
After breakfast, we will visit the locals for Tak Bat almsgiving to local monks as part of the original old culture. After the meal, we head to the beautiful Kuang Si Waterfall (30 km) to admire the majestic beauty of this waterfall as well as join some interesting activities as swimming, relaxing, and trekking to the peak of the fall.
On the way back to the town, we make a stop for a while at a Black Hmong's village, where you observe their daily life as well as shop for some handicraft souvenirs for your family and friend. Upon arrival back, the rest of the day of  Laos Thailand tours is at your leisure to relax with a cup of tea or coffee or you can plan go shopping with your friends or family. Dinner is on your own. Stay overnight in Luangprabang.

Day 11: Luang Prabang - departure (B)
Breakfast then you have free time until our driver comes to pick you up and transfer to the airport for the departure flight.
Meals are on your own.
